WE3 is the third building as part of the Water’s Edge campus. This 6-story, approximately 161,000 SF state-of-the-art building is designed for and inspired by the lifestyles of the most innovative minds. From the exterior skin of custom-made corrugated aluminum to the latest variable refrigerant flow technology for heating and cooling, every detail was carefully thought out with the end user in mind. The building is planned to be LEED Gold (Core & Shell).
